My name is Noel Kingsley, and this site is my humble effort to proclaim the good news of righteousness to His saints.
The Lord saved me in 2014, and together with my wife, we began our walk with the Lord by sharing gospel tracts along the Las Vegas Boulevard. In those early days of ministry, God gave us a burden—not only to proclaim the gospel, but to teach His Word faithfully.
Over time, the Lord opened doors for us to teach the Bible in local churches and through home Bible studies. In 2023, I was ordained by a local church, and I continue to serve wherever the Lord leads—both in person and through this platform.
For years, I’ve been taking Bible study notes during my alone time with the Lord—page after page of insights, cross-references, and meditations rooted in Scripture. My heart’s desire is to publish these notes, just as the Lord has taught me, so that others might also grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ.
It was through the encouragement of my wife and children that I took the first step toward this vision: launching this website. My goal is to gradually publish these studies, as time permits, and make them freely available for personal devotion, family study, and church teaching.
I hold a Master’s in Theology, with a specialization in Biblical Studies, and I’m also an engineer by profession, working full-time in a technology company. Yet in all things, my heart is fully devoted to Christ and to the ministry of His Word.

Declaring His righteousness to His saints through faithful, verse-by-verse teaching of God’s Word. We believe the Scriptures were given so that we may know Christ and grow in His righteousness.
To see believers strengthened, families grounded in Scripture, and churches equipped to proclaim Christ. As the Apostle Peter affirmed, he was not negligent to continually remind the saints of the Lord’s righteousness (2 Peter 1:12–15). In the same way, our vision is to call God’s people to remember, live in, and proclaim His righteousness until the Lord returns.
